Shweta Shalini first meets and works with the team of Gujarat CM Narendra Modi Ji. Inspired by his nationalistic work, she takes the plunge into social development works focused on women apart from starting up her entrepreneurial venture as a successful women entrepreneur.
Established women forum and comes in contact with various social work in the State of Maharashtra.
While workingwith the BJP team in Gujarat, she also comes in contact with the BJP unit in Maharashtra led by it’s young promising leader Devendra Fadnavis Ji.
She leads the IT & Social Media activity of the BJP Maharashtra unit and paves way for a spectacular victory for BJP in the Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha elections of 2014. She heads the IT Cell as Co-Convenor.
As Advisor to the Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis Ji, she initiates various rural development initiatives at the behest of the State Government. As a culmination of these rural transformation activities, a section 8 company is formed by the Government – Maharashtra Village Social Transformation Foundation (MVSTF). MVSTF chaired by the Hon. Chief minister is formed to transform the 1000 backward villages in the State and convert it into model villages. Shweta Shalini served as Executive Director of VSTF.
She is appointed the Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party Maharashtra Pradesh. After her successful stint as head of IT Cell & Social Media, she becomes one of the official speaker on behalf of the Party. Apart from speakership, she also attends events, debates and national discussions and represents the party in various forums.
She is in the Election Campaign Committee headed by Union Minister and BJP Leader Bhupender Yadav who was in charge of BJP Maharashtra elections. She is the Election Strategist for the BJP Maharashtra unit.
She is nominated as the Prabhari of Uttar Bharatiya Prakosht (North Indian Cell) of BJP Maharashtra.
She is appointed as the State Secretary of BJP Maharashtra
